Tier II Solicitation – Interpreter & CART Services

The Rhode Island Commission on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (RICDHH) is now accepting proposals for the Tier II Master Price Agreement (MPA 358) for Interpreter and CART Services.

This solicitation will be open for an initial 28-day posting period, after which it will transition to an ongoing open enrollment structure for the duration of the MPA term. Proposals may be reviewed on a rolling basis to ensure timely onboarding of qualified vendors.

Interested vendors should review the Request for Quote document for full submission requirements. All official questions must be submitted through the designated Q&A process. Responses will be posted publicly to ensure transparency.
